"The analysis made by the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Armed Forces Armaments Service found that according to the serial number this T-64BV tank was produced in October 1987 at the Kharkov tank plant named after Malyshev. According to the archives, this unit has been sent to the military base, which at that time was situated on the territory of Russia. This T-64BV tank has been never registered in the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the agency says.
"The same conclusions were made on the other weapons seized from terrorists. Specifically, the flamethrower RPO-A "Shmel" seized from the militants baring indicial inscription "From Russia with Love" also was brought from the territory of the Russian Federation," the Ministry of Defense added.
