 Second Round of Consultations between Ukraine, Russia, the OSCE and the Militants Started in Donetsk - Media

The consultations between the leaders of the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov, the OSCE mission, and Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Medvedchuk began on Friday.

It is reported byhromadske.tv, Censor.NET informsciting Interfax-Ukraine.

The main issues on the consultations' agenda are guarantees of the ceasefire, as well as work of international observer groups to monitor the ceasefire.

This time the negotiations are taking place without former MP Oleg Tsarev who is on the police wanted list.

"Second round of consultations of the so-called tripartite group to resolve the situation in the Donbas began in Donetsk. The consultations are attended by representatives of the DPR and LPR militants, Viktor Medvedchuk, MP Nestor Shufrich, ex-President Leonid Kuchma. There are also representatives of the OSCE and the Russian Embassy in Ukraine," Ukrainska Pravda writes.
