Kuchma Told Why Negotiate With Terrorists, "But the Problem of Donbas Cannot be Solved Without Putin"

Second president of Ukraine, the member of the contact group to resolve the situation in the East of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma believes it would be wise to involve the same persons from the DPR and LPR in negotiations who were present at the consultations of a contact group Ukraine-Russia-OSCE, but believes that the conflict in Donbas can not be solved without Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Censor.NET reported this citing Interfax-Ukraine.

Kuchma answered journalists' question in Kyiv on Thursday of whether to hold consultations with the same representatives of the DPR and LPR, who have already participated: "There are no other people. Donbas is still mostly under their control."
