The court granted two lawsuits of the prosecutor's office against Vyshgorod District Administration, Tantalit Ltd., and Vidrodzhennia Ukrainy (Renaissance of Ukraine) charity fund, invalidating state acts and reclaiming the residence land to the state, Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the Kyiv region prosecutor's office.
It was determined that the land, worth approx. over 118 million hryvnia, was alienated by the decrees of Vyshgorod District Administration, although the operation was in the competence of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Economic Court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor's office and decided to sustain these claims.
By the decision of the court, the land of Mezhyhiria was returned to state property.
