 Over the Last Week 27 People Disappeared in Donetsk, 14 of Them Are Kidnapped by Unidentified Persons - Mayor

The crime rate in Donetsk remains high: there are many kidnapping and armed robberies in the city.

Donetsk Mayor Oleksandr Lukianchenko announced this today at a press conference, Censor.NET reports, citing Novosti Donbassa.

"Over the past week 23 facts of misappropriation of vehicles were recorded regarding 47 cars and one motorcycle. 6 vehicles were stolen from the parking lot, 42 were captured by armed men. Among them, 11 ​​vehicles belong to private individuals, 37 are commercial vehicles," he said.

The mayor said that people also keep disappearing in the city.
