"As a manifestation of a firm intention to protect thelives and security of the State, the President -Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine PetroPoroshenko launched a peace plan to address the situation incertain areas inthe east of the country. The first step was the decree of thePresident of Ukraine to the Armed Forces, the National Guard, Border Guard Service and the units of the Ministry ofInternal Affairs of Ukraine to unilaterally cease fire. Theministriesalso emphasize that the position of the Head of theUkrainian state has beengranted unanimous support by the entire internationalcommunity.
