This was stated by head of the press service of the Ministry of Defense Bohdan Senyk, Censor.NET reports citing TSN.
"In most cases we talk about exchange. The Minister deals with all questions personally. I have recently been at a briefing with hin. He has a folder regarding Nadiia Savchenko on his table. The release shall happen in the nearest future," Senyk said.
The terrorists believe Savchenko to be an experienced sniper. In Luhansk Nadiia was a volunteer - she fought as a part of the "Aidar" battalion and defended Ukraine for almost a month alongside men.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported that during this week as a result of different levels of successful negotiations 10 soldiers were released from captivity.
