Russia put Kolomoyskyi and Avakov on the International Wanted List

Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov and the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region Ihor Kolomoyskyi are declared in the international search within criminal case by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

Censor.NET informs, citing Russian Investigative Committee press service.

Russia's Investigative Committee has issued a resolution to indict Kolomoyskyi and Avakov on charges of using prohibited means and methods of warfare.

"Kolomoyskyi and Avakov are charged with organizing and committing crimes: murders, use of prohibited means and methods of warfare; obstructing the work of journalists, kidnappings," the press-release noted.

Within the framework of the same criminal case measures are being taken to identify the commanders and rank-and-file of the Ukrainian Armed forces, the National Guard of Ukraine, and the Right Sector militants who have participated in the military operation against civilians in the southeast of Ukraine

It is need to mention that Russian officials call ATO "military operation against civilians".
