During his first working visit to the Donbas President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko presented his Peace Plan on the settlement of the situation in eastern regions of Ukraine

The 15-point peace plan calling for liberation of hostages, disarmament with a guarantee that those who have laid down arms and have not committed any "serious crime" will not face criminal prosecution, - Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the President .

Also, it is planned to establish a 10-km buffer zone on the Ukrainian-Russian border.

The plan consists of 15 steps and provides for disarmament and withdrawal of illegal armed groups, guaranteed safe corridor for Russian and Ukrainian terrorists.

In addition, it is planned to establish units for joint patrolling in the structure of the MIA.

According to the plan, illegally seized administrative premises in Donetsk and Luhansk regions must be liberated.

Restoration of functioning of local government and central television and radio broadcasting in Donetsk and Luhansk regions is also among the items of the plan.

The plan provides for the decentralization of power (through the election of executive committees, protection of Russian language; draft amendments to the Constitution).

Candidatures of RSA Heads will be coordinated with representatives of the Donbas.

The plan provides for early local and parliamentary elections.
