 Each Soldier Involved in ATO will Gain the Status of Military Actions Participant - President

All military personnel who have been or will be involved in the Anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, will receive the status of military actions participant, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said.

"There won't be any manipulations with the status of military actions participant" - the head of state assured, commenting the information in the media about some servicemen having incorrect data in their military registration cards. Censor.NET informs citing the press service of the President.

Poroshenko noted that he brought up this issue during the last session of the National Security and Defence Council. The President said, he ordered that all military personnel involved in resolving the situation in the east of Ukraine receive the status of military actions participant.

The execution of the order is under the personal control of the President. According to the head of state the military officials had assured him that each participant will gain the status upon completion of the ATO.
