Minister of Health Oleh Musii gave this information to journalists before the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, Censor.NET informs citing LigaBiznesInform.
"There were fourteen children killed during the ATO, I mean those who are younger than 18 years old. Nine women are among the dead," Musii said.
"I do not have exact information. Those are medical emergency centers' figures," said Musii answering the question of whether those people's cause of death was from an injury or disease.
The total number of deaths during the ATO in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions is 210. "These are the bodies brought to health institutions' morgues. There is no information about the other corpses that terrorists took away, either identified or not, because the Ministry of Health does not collaborate with the DPR or any other terrorist organization, and they do not provide such information to us."
More than 50 people were killed in these regions just yesterday, Musii said. The minister didn't specify whether there were civilians among the dead: "These were the bodies brought to the morgues of health institutions. It doesn't matter for a doctor who exactly died. People were killed and their bodies are in morgues."
