"The detained Russian citizens have already given their testimonies. We are convinced that all-inclusive and transparent investigation conducted by law enforcement agencies of Ukraine will reveal those guilty in preparation and execution of this horrifying tragedy, both in Ukraine and Russia" - Foreign Ministry of Ukraine confirmed.
