 Ukraine is to Blame in Zenith Rocket Failure, Russian Deputy Prime Minister

The cause of Zenith rocket failure was the defect of the blocks made in Ukraine. There is no claim against the Russian equipment, told the first deputy chairman of the Military-Industrial Commission at the Government of the Russian Federation Ivan Kharchenko.
