Lutsenko’s Pardon Decree was Ready but then he Called Yanukovych Proctologist…

Decree on release could be postponed because of the insult.

Journalist Mustafa Nayem writes on his Facebook page about new details regarding the release of the former Minister.

"I will tell you what I know. According to my information, on February 5, 2013, Pat Cox and Alexander Kwasniewski wrote a letter to Viktor Yanukovych asking to release Lutsenko. The letter was also signed by ex-Minister's wife Iryna Lutsenko. The letter was formulated in a way that allows all parties to save their faces: Mrs. Lutsenko does not ask for a pardon, but only indicates the state of health, and foreign diplomats in this regard requests the President to exercise his right to pardon. A decree to pardon should have been released on February 19-21 . But the day before - February 18 - Yurii Lutsenko speaking in court, called Oleksandr Yanukovych proctologist and the order was put away," he wrote.
