Party of Regions deputy Volodymyr Oliynyk said that by law it is too early to dissolve the Rada - to the President to have a reason for dissolution the Parliament should not work 30 days, reports Censor.NET. As of today the session has not even been open.
"In fact, the vacation has been extended, until the session is open there is no work anywhere (in the committees). We have the moral right to come first next time (February 19)," said the deputy hinting to the fact that the Regions will be blocking this time. "I am sorry but we will not vote in person. Because some people will stand near the podium. If there are 240 members in the hall, we have the moral right to unblock the Rada.
Answering the question of whether the Party of Regions is going to use force, Oliynyk said: "There are two options: the use of passive force, when we come earlier, and the second option - more disagreeable. I am totally against it," he said.
