During a briefing in the Parliament Yatsenyuk told reporters on the memorandum, which the opposition received from the Regions, reports Censor.NET.
"Our political opponents have offered us the text of the Memorandum of Understanding in the Verkhovna Rada. This is certainly very interesting. For the hundredth time to sign a memorandum on the fact that you need to abide the Constitution. They also emphasize the fact that we need Rada-4 system. But this system will be worth around 15 million hryvnia. The British Parliament and the U.S. Congress are working without any buttons, through a private vote - this button should be brought to Chechetov's home to avoid responsibility and going to work. We will certainly consider the memorandum.
According to him, the duty of the President as a guarantor of the Constitution is to provide a private vote. "It is his majority, his Party of Regions, his Speaker of Parliament and his personal constitutional responsibility."
"If the president really wanted a parliament in the country, he should have come to the Parliament yesterday, come in the Parliament and say: 'I as President will not sign any legislation that was not voted personally. Then he would indeed be the head of state," said Yatsenyuk.
"Yanukovych has committed more than 900 crimes by signing so many laws adopted in violation of the regulations," said Yatsenyuk.
