This information in the comment to Novosti Donbasa confirmed CEO of SE Coal of Ukraine Volodymyr Sokolov, reports Censor.NET. "We were loading coal in December, during October and November of last year, the payment period for which came on Jan. 31, 2013. Some of the money they paid, but not the 89.2 million hryvnia," he explained the reason for filing the lawsuit. "There is DTEK - a reputable company which everywhere boasts that they are honest, that they meet all the terms of the contracts, that they have international image, etc. And yet, simply, state enterprises, were roughly speaking scammed by 89 million hryvnia, so we want to get our money back through court," said Sokolov.

"These companies as of today have no shipments. DTEK does not let them, it does not open the way to its thermal power plants," said Sokolov.
According to him, "If things go on like this, in February the employees of these companies will not get paid."
DTEK is the largest private vertically-integrated power company in Ukraine, which is the energy division of System Capital Management (SCM). SCM shareholder is Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov. DTEK Trading LLC is engaged in realization of DTEK's coal products.
