The text of the document is not yet published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada, but as the deputy himself stated it repeats a similar bill filed by him in Fall of 2011, reports Kommersant-Ukraine.
Then the deputy proposed to remove sanctions on the country's gambling industry (effective from 2009). The territory for gambling was proposed to be limited to five-star hotels across the country and three-and four-star hotels in the Crimea.
The previous bill had not been agreed in the appropriate committee on finance, banking, tax and customs policy, and chief scientific and expert management put forward a number of comments and remarks to it.
"I hope this Parliament will pass the bill," said Oleh Tsarev.
