This was announced by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov at a Cabinet meeting, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
"For about three years, the country has been undergoing a historically important period of reforms proposed by Viktor Yanukovych ... It has allowed us to prevent a feasible default in 2010 ... Step by step we have increased the social standards against the backdrop of the general recession in the world," he said.
Azarov noted that we are now at a new stage: "We have completed the urgent tasks... Now we need more sophisticated solutions because the discussion of the same issues without action takes away Ukraine's perspective."
The prime minister reminded that each minister was given his own plan for reforms. The appropriate programs are being developed together with experts from scientific institutions.
That is why one of the priority tasks is to create a business plan to build up internal production, the development of domestic production in order to increase exports and to achieve a positive trade balance.
