According to estimates provided by the Government of the National Commission on regulation of public utilities, the rates should rise by an average of one-third, writes ZN.UA.
In particular, the National Commission has estimated that the average tariffs for heat energy in a one-bedroom apartment of 32.5 square meters compared with September, 2012 will increase by 75 hryvnia.
