Namely, Vlasenko said that Tymoshenko demands to declare the Tax Code of Ukraine invalid, Censor.NET reports citing Korrespondent.
According to Tymoshenko, the code was adopted with violations of the regulations. In addition, she is certain that the Tax Code is not perfect, it does not meet the requirements of the present and does not provide even the minimum safeguards for taxpayers.
"The adoption of the Tax Code has becomethe basis for the implementation of a fiscal policy that effectively destroyed the small and medium businesses and put them in impossible conditions of existence," Tymoshenko said.
Tymoshenko's second bill provides for the abolition of the Pension Reform. According to the former prime minister, the reform is clearly unconstitutional and anti-people, since the law increased the retirement age for women to 60 years, insurance experience was raised to 30 years for women and 35 for men, the retirement age for male state employees was raised to 62 years.
Another bill regards banning the export of natural gas produced in Ukraine. "Today the situation in the state is such that the financial well-being of the population remains at the same level as before, but the price of natural gas for the population increases by several times," the memorandum reads.
Tymoshenko believes that Ukraine is able to fully meet all the population's needs in the natural gas with its own production without foreign energy sources.
"In the case of prohibition of export of cheap domestic gas and its sale to Ukrainian population, the state has all the means to provide Ukrainian gas at 420 UAH per 1000 cubic meters, which will reduce the cost of energy for the population, and consequently increase the standard of living," Tymoshenko said.
