 Six Members of New Cabinet Were Not Born in Ukraine. Five are from Donbas

Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and five Ukrainian ministers were born abroad - in Russia, Moldova and Kazakhstan.

Tyzhden reports that that Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov , Minister of Economic Development and Trade Ihor Prasolov, Health Minister Raisa Bohatyriova and Defense Minister Pavel Lebedev were born in Russia. Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Olena Lukash was born in Moldova, and Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Oleg Proskuriakov in Kazakhstan

The new Cabinet has five people from Donbas. In particular, first Vice Prime Minister Serhii Arbuzov, Deputy Prime Minister Yurii Boiko, Minister of Internal Affairs Vitalii Zakharchenko, Minister of Revenue and Duties Oleksandr Klymenko and Social Policy Minister Natalia Korolevska.

Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul and Finance Minister Yurii Kolobov were born in Dnipropetrovsk oblast, and Minister of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych and Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Prysiazhniuk - in Zhytomyr.

Azarov's government has two people from Kyiv - Deputy Prime Minister Konstantin Grishchenko and Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports Dmytro Tabachnyk.

Other ministers came from various oblast - Zaporizhia (Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Kozak), Kirovohrad (Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Hennadii Temnyk), Poltava (Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara) and Sumy (Minister of Energy and Mines Eduard Stavytskyy).
