Censor.NET reports that the consideration of draft statebudget 2013 in parliament has caused a storm of criticism fromparliamentarians. But Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn, referring tohis consultations with the government, said that there is nounambiguous interpretation in this matter, and therefore continuedto consider the document.
Not only the opposition is against accepting the state budget for 2013 by the current parliament in its present form - filed by the resigned Cabinet. The Communist Party is also against it. According to deputies, there are attempts to pass the law on the state budget in violation of the Rules and Constitution.
