 Azarov Has Resigned

Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, Vice Prime Minister and Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov and Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych resigned.

Kolesnikov announced the resignations at a press conference, reports Ukranews.

"All members of the (Party of Regions) list have written the statements," said Deputy Prime Minister.

He noted that the decision on his future will be made by President Viktor Yanukovych.

Previously the resignations were filed by Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Social Policy Sergii Tigipko, Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Anatolii Blyzniuk and Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports Dmytro Tabachnyk.

In addition to the above, the letter of resignation was written by elected deputy Emergencies Minister Viktor Baloha while the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Petro Poroshenko who was elected in a plurality district of Vinnytsia oblast, has not filed a resignation letter.
