The politician announced it at a briefing in Parliament, the party press service reports.
At the same time, Mykola Tomenko noted that the cynicism of the situation is that the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, headed by one of the prominent representatives of the Party of Regions, has taken into account the suggestions made by the opposition, including his proposal for a moratorium on sale of agricultural land until January 1, 2015, but "all these amendments of their own colleagues were canceled by the Party of Regions because the Presidential Administration had instructed that the legal framework for the sale of land in 2013 shall be made. But, fortunately, the law was not supported," summed up Tomenko. Thus, the Deputy Speaker called it a temporary tactical victory of the opposition. He noted that "together we will not allow the sale of land. I also hope that the deputies seeing the situation in Parliament will understand that at least in the last session you can vote not as the party or the Presidential Administration tells you but as you deem necessary," the politician noted.
