At the presentation of upgraded Mi-2 and Mi-8 helicopters, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov stated: "The country held the elections and formed the parliament. This parliament will commence work on time, and we do not have extra money for all sorts of absurd ideas. And I want everybody to understand this," said Azarov.
