100% Votes Counted in 214 District - Chumak Confidently Beats Dovgyy

The district election commission 214 in Kyiv, where Udar's Viktor Chumak is competing against independent Oles Dovgyy has finished the receipt of 100% of protocols.

The Ukrainian Pravda reports that the meeting was adjourned until 10 a.m. Thursday. The head of the commission stated that on Thursday he will transfer the protocols to the CEC. "Tomorrow we will send our head to the Central Election Commission and we will stay here and we'll drink," - said the district secretary. The CEC website currently shows the lack of 4% of the protocols.

Earlier the commission intended to re-count the results in one of the precincts but changed its mind, because it is contrary to the law - previously the Commission accepted the protocols without remarks. On Wednesday the Dovgyy's representatives have filed 228 complaints regarding vote re-count, but they were all rejected.

Meanwhile as of 9 p.m. the CEC site shows 96.29% protocols were counted: Chumak has 39.03% votes and Dovgyy - 33.44%.
