Ukraine Acknowledges that Razvozzhayev was Kidnapped in its Territory: Foreign Special Services do not Have to Tell Us Who They are Kidnapping

Ukrainian Police spokesperson Volodymyr Polischuk acknowledged that Russian opposition activist Leonid Razvozzhayev was kidnapped in Kyiv.

Lenta.Ru reports that according to him a criminal case most likely will not be opened because "these were not criminals or terrorists but foreign security forces in the territory of Ukraine."

"If the criminals kidnapped a person, in this case it would be a crime and if that was law enforcement of another state and I do not think that the security services have to share their plans regarding these actions," - said the representative of the Ministry of Interior.

Leonid Razvozzhayev is one of the defendants in the criminal case on the preparation of riots in Russia. The case also involves opposition activists Konstantin Lebedev and Sergei Udaltsov.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on October 22 said that Leonid Razvozzhaev presented himself to its headquarters and has written a confession. A day earlier, Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested Razvozzhayev for two months. Exiting the court, the activist managed to cry out to journalists that he was tortured for two days.
