Azarov to Students: You Want to Buy a Flat - Get Two Jobs

To save money for the first payment in purchasing a flat under the Available Housing program young people need to work two jobs.

UNIAN reports that talking to Kharkiv students Prime Minister Azarov noted that the first payment under the Available Housing program constitutes 25% of the cost. Answering the question he asked the students if they can collect money for it and heard an unanimous 'no'. "Then a young man needs to work not one but two jobs. Nobody will give you the flat on the silver platter.

Eventually he said that the government will consider the possibility of decreasing the first payment if a young person is ready to work at the enterprise where there is a lack of experts. "An effort is required in any case," stressed Azarov.

At the same time Kharkiv youngsters voiced support of the initiative of providing housing at the cost of the state funds.
