Tymoshenko Video from Prison: Either People Will Rise Up or Criminals Will Continue Ruling Ukraine. VIDEO

Opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko calls on people to overthrow the mafia in the upcoming elections. The mafia that rules Ukraine and ignores human rights.

As we were told by the Batkivschyna press service, it was said in the first video address of Yulia Tymoshenko after her imprisonment.

The opposition leader noted that "Today each person lives in a criminal country built by Yanukovych and feels on his own skin that the law is being defied".

Tymoshenko noted that the laws are nothing for Yanukovych's mafia and the human rights are an empty sound.

"I feel it on my own fate, on my own life that whatever is written in legislation regarding human rights has no meaning to Yanukovych's mafia. All they care about is getting richer, corruption, and the things they built for themselves in Ukraine," stressed Tymoshenko.

The opposition leader accused Yanukovych of physical and psychological pressure inflicted on her every day: "It is not just the physical and psychological pressure applied every day but every day is intentionally turned into hell. And this is a direct plan of Yanukovych."

"I can imagine once again how much every person in this police state built by Yanukovych is deprived of rights and cannot rely on courts or law enforcement since everything is transformed into a single mafia group", stated the opposition leader.

According to Tymoshenko, the cruel treatment towards people will spread if the people do not rise against Yanukovych regime. "Either the people will rise up and overthrow this criminal group at these elections or everyone will be treated like their property."

"I want to address all the people now. If you don't realize now that Ukraine is being ruled by criminals, by mafia then nothing will be able to defend you in the future from things headed by Yanukovych," stated the politician.
