Azarov thinks it necessary to raise the requirements to driver's training including the increase of driving school hours on the pass of legal consequences in case of breaking the traffic rules. He also proposed to decrease the number of driving schools which often conduct training at accelerated speed and graduate incompetent drivers. Moreover, the prime-minister noted the necessity of increasing the quality of work and responsibility of GAI (traffic police).
