Eyewitnesses posted another video from the blast site in the St. Petersburg metro.

As reported by Censor.NET, the video was uploaded on Twitter of Otkrytaya Rossiya (Open Russia) Foundation.

As reported, a series of blasts rocked metro in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg in the afternoon of April 3. Open Russia reported that there were two explosions: the first blast rocked the Technological Institute station while the second one occurred between Sennaya and Technological Institute stations.

According to Gazeta.ru and RBC, at least 10 people were killed. TASS news agency reported that an unidentified explosive device was triggered in the car.
