The recently released video of mass shooting at Instytutska Street in Kyiv shows a complete picture of what was happening during the Maidan protests.
This was announced by the head of the Special Investigations Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine (PGO) Serhii Horbatiuk, Censor.NET reports citing 112 TV Channel.
"The video is important for the investigation, because it shows the full picture of the events at Instytutska Street, which was the scene of mass shooting. We see those who shoot, and those who suffer injuries," Horbatiuk said.
According to him, today's problem is that the author of the video is unknown.
The new video in the case of the massacre at Instytutska Street in Kyiv on Feb. 20, 2014 was revealed yesterday. It was delivered by the representatives of the victims. The video was shown during the hearing in the Sviatoshyn District Court and attached to the case.
