UKRAINE MIGHT BECOME NATO INTEROPERABLE PARTNER WITHIN FIVE YEARS. THAT’S POSSIBLE, - ACTING ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE SLOTKINActing Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs Elissa Slotkin visited Ukraine last week. Censor.NET was the only one among Ukrainian media to interview her during her visit. The U.S. is currently the largest donor of military and technical assistance to Ukraine, the volume of which has surpassed $600M since 2014. Ms. Slotkin spoke of achievements in military and defense cooperation between the U.S. and Ukraine, possibilities of interoperability between Ukraine and NATO, the U.S. stance on Russian aggression against Ukraine, and provision of lethal weapons for Ukraine by the United States.

RAPID MOBILITY BRIGADE OF NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE: FROM CREATION TO THE COLORSA new military unit – the rapid mobility brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) – has just received its Colors. This is a revolutionary project aimed at creation of a military unit of a new kind for conducting combat activities in modern low-intensity warfare. Thanks to guys from the Armed Forces who fight at the front line, the brigade received significant time for selecting new people and creating a military unit from scratch. The brigade bases on officers and soldiers who had already fought in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO).
