As reported by Censor.NET, Svitlychna wrote about it on her Facebook page.
"I have checked on the regional blood center. My general impression is positive, although some concerns will be eliminated. We will be helping them. I also donated blood together with ATO participants," she wrote.
Svitlychna added that the local military hospital and regional hospitals need to replenish their blood banks. She has been donating blood since spring 2014.
"I did it today because I, just like our soldiers, am in love with Ukraine! Happy Valentine's, those in love!" the Kharkiv governor wrote.
