Volunteer Yurii Mysiahin wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"Until recently, we (our unit and the soldiers of the 1st Battalion of the 54th Brigade) did not write anything about him hoping that he is alive, that he is probably wounded or captured and we will be able to exchange him. But all our hopes vanished the day before yesterday, when after several unsuccessful attempts (the enemy sniper did not allow us to do) the soldiers of the 54th Brigade pulled his body from the battlefield," Mysiahin wrote.
"Andrii has spent more than two years at the war. As a soldier of Right Sector's battalion he has survived the hottest spots of the war such as the Donetsk airport, Pisky, and Butivka mine. He joined the 54th Brigade later. Andrii heroically died at Svitlodarsk salient several days ago," the volunteer added.
