Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine quoting Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine Du Wei as saying at a press conference dedicated to the 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Ukraine and China in Kyiv.
According to the diplomat, the said quantity is 1/10 of the overall flow of Chinese tourists travelling abroad.
Du Wei noted that the governments of both countries could take more efforts to increase the figure. China expects the Ukrainian side to grant more benefits to increase the number of tourists, he said.
As reported by Ukrainski Novyny, the Chinese side in turn is ready at any time, on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, to take new measures to facilitate the exchange of people between both countries, including the introduction of a visa-free regime.
