As reported by Censor.NET, The conversation of a person with the voice similar to Onyshchenko's talking to a person whose voice resembles ex-MP Mykola Martynenko's one can be heard on the recording uploaded on YouTube.
Here are separate abstracts from the conversation that presumably took place between Martynenko and Onyshchenko:
Onyshchenko: I did not support him (President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko - Ed.) when Petia (Petro Poroshenko - Ed.) ordered to launch campaign against him (Rinat Akhmetov - Ed.). I just came and said that I will not do it. I offered to reach agreement in a different way. So we were holding meetings, talks.
Martynenko: He (inaudible) told me.
Onyshchenko: Frankly, I failed to make a deal. Rinat offered him $ 130 million then. Petia considered this amount insufficient.
Onyshchenko: I asked him why the f@#k he was with everyone. The elections are coming, but you are at odds with everyone over your behavior. He was not willing to reach a compromise allowing everyone to work and make profit. His tactics is to take everything away from everyone so that only he has the money.
Onyshchenko: Look, Petia transferred 12M euros on my bank account to fight against Yatseniuk. He did it personally.... It was back at the beginning of the campaign, when there was a war after the parliamentary elections. There was a budget stipulating who and what amounts should receive, and I was transferred 12 million to fund all these 'noisemakers'. He still trusted me then.
Martynenko: Did they include Leshchenko and others of that ilk?
Onishchenko: No, they did not. As far as I understand, he works with him through Grigorishyn. He (Leshchenko) comes here to meet with Grigorishyn. He lives here in his apartment in Bulgari hotel. Benia (Ihor Kolomoiskyi - Ed.) was watching him. And he even took several pictures. Therefore, when Leshchenko started slinging mud at Benia, he told him: if you continue doing this, I'll expose proofs that you met Grigorishyn and visited him here. And that's it - he shut up. Benia proposed me something like: I can share them with you, so that you will also be able to compromise him.
On March 16, the NABU raided the office of Onyshchenko. It stated the searches were carried out under the pre-trial investigation into abuse of office during the sale of natural gas extracted jointly with Ukrhazvydobuvannia SE.
Later, the NABU requested the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) to remove the immunity from people's deputy Onyshchenko. Moreover, the NABU and the PGO claim Onyshchenko is involved in embezzlement of 1.6 billion hryvnia (approx. $64.02 million).
On June 16, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko issued a motion requesting Verkhovna Rada's consent for criminal prosecution, arrest, and pre-trial detention of Onyshchenko. On July 5, the parliament approved the detention and arrest of the lawmaker.
The suspect himself stated he was busy with the preparation for the upcoming Olympics and not going to react to NABU's actions. On July 29, Onyshchenko said he was in the U.K. and had applied for political asylum.
On Dec. 1, 2016, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced it suspected fugitive MP Onyshchenko of high treason. As noted, the MP acquired Russian citizenship in exchange for cooperation with Russian authorities to destabilize the situation in Ukraine. On the same day, Onyshchenko said he had provided compromising materials against President Poroshenko to the U.S. intelligence.
