On Sunday, April 16, Crimean Tatars Remzi Zudiev and Midat Mudzhaba were released as their three-day arrest period expired. This was announced by Crimean activist Mumine Salieva, Censor.NET reports citing Krym.Realii.
They were apprehended on Thursday, April 13. The Bakhchysarai district court, controlled by the Kremlin, accused Midat Mudzhaba of "propaganda of extremist materials", while Zudiev was accused of participating in an "unauthorized rally."
Earlier, Russian occupiers conducted searches at the Bakhchysarai homes of Crimean Tatars Seidamet (Server) Mustafaiev and Riza Muzhdabaiev.
