 Russia held military exercises in occupied Crimea

Russian artillerymen and marines conducted exercises in occupied Crimea.

This was announced by the Russian Black Sea fleet officer, Captain Vyacheslav Truhachev, Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

"The artillery units of the Army Corps and the Marine Corps of the Black Sea Fleet were trained in Crimea at Opuk training area," Truhachev said.

According to him, about 600 servicemen participated in the exercises.

More than 100 units of military equipment were involved, including D-30 howitzers, Grad rocket systems, 120 mm Nona artillery guns and 122 mm Gvozdika howitzers.
