"Crimean Tatar Belial Adilov has been brazenly kidnapped by masked people outside the Supreme Court of Crimea! The attackers did not introduce themselves, behaved boldly. Adilov, a civil activist, came to attend court hearings. Along with other civil activists, he was present during searches in the suburbs of Simferopol!" he wrote.
According to Kurbedinov, Adilov has been taken to Russia's Investigative Committee and is charged under article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence or threats against an official).
As reported, on Feb. 21, Russian occupiers raided the house of Crimean Tatar Marlen Mustafaiev in the village of Kamianka near Simferopol. As a result, Mustafaiev was detained. Later, it surfaced the activists, who came to support Mustafaiev, had been also apprehended. 10 of them were sentenced to five days in jail, while Mustafaiev got 11 days in jail for his 2014 social media post.
