 91 attacks recorded yesterday, four Ukrainian soldiers wounded, - ATO Staff

The situation in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area remains tense but controlled by the Ukrainian military.

"In the Donetsk sector, Russian proxies repeatedly harass defenders of Avdiivka, pounding their positions by all types of weapons, including heavy mortars and tanks. Strong points around Butivka mine, Kamianka and Troitske were hit by 120 mm mortars. Attacks on Luhanske and Zaitseve involved various types of grenade launchers, IFVs and mortars. 82 mm mortars were used against Maiorsk, Pisky came under IFV fire. Positions in the vicinity of Novhorodske and Opytne were hit by grenade launchers and small arms. At around 11:00 p.m., the enemy used 152 mm guns to commit a provocative attack on the village of Kleshchivka located along the Bakhmutska highway and not at the contact line," the report says.

In the Mariupol sector, machine guns, IFVs and antiaircraft guns were employed against positions outside Shyrokyne and Vodiane. 120 mm mortars and 122 mm artillery pounded strong points near Pavlopil. In the area of Hnutove and Taramchuk, militants used machine guns and anti-tank missiles. IFV fire was registered around Novohryhorivka. Heavy machine guns were employed outside Marinka, Krasnohorivka was hit by 82 mm mortars and grenade launchers.

In the Luhansk sector, various types of grenade launchers and mortars were used in the area of Novooleksandrivka and Krymske. Orikhove was mortared, Lobacheve came under automatic grenade launcher attack. Attacks on strong points in the vicinity of Valuiske involved small arms. Around midnight, the enemy used 122 mm artillery against positions around Novooleksandrivka and Novozvanivka.
