As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by head of the Donetsk civil-military administration Pavlo Zhebrivskyi on Facebook.
"The power transmission lines have just been repaired. I have informed the president of Ukraine about this. Power supply has been resumed both in the town and at the coke plant. The works to restore electricity at the Donetsk filtration station will start tomorrow. To date, water supplies have not been used up and the town receives water," he wrote.
On March 5, a 110 kV high-voltage power transmission line was damaged around Avdiivka, which de-energized the town, the coke plant and the Donetsk filtration plant that provide Avdiivka with water and heating.
