As reported by Censor.NET referring to Ukrinform, she said at a press conference when asked whether there is a chance that her signature to the memorandum with the IMF could be her last one on the post of the National Bank head.
"This is quite possible, but I emphasize that the NBU would submit formal notice (of resignation - Ed.) a month before that. We have made no such statement, while the entire NBU board works on very tight schedule," Hontareva said.
The media has recently spread a lot of speculation about the alleged NBU chairwoman's intent to resign. However, the National Bank repeatedly dismissed the reports.
