As reported by Censor.NET, self-employed individuals can now be registered, make changes to their personal information, enter data into the register, and liquidate business online. This also applies to the legal entities: state registration, legal entity establishment, and entering data into the register can be done without leaving the office.
These services earlier stipulated submission of hard copies of the documents.
More than 1 million citizens of Ukraine spent much time personally visiting the state registration offices in 2016. From now on, business entities may submit such documents online 24/7.
Online services are available at Online House of Justice (online.minjust.gov.ua) and Unified state portal for administrative services (poslugy.gov.ua). The electronic blanks of the documents have integrated automatic check and tips minimizing errors while filling them out. The documents reviewing and decision making time is significantly reduced due to the automation.
The State E-Governance Agency assures such innovations will help save time, funds and minimize corruption risks.
