"Ukraine is being by all means pushed toward the legitimization of militants, toward direct negotiations with separatists in order to impose a scenario of direct talks parallel to the Minsk process and without the participation of the Russian Federation and the OSCE. Of course, it seriously complicates already difficult work of the Ukrainian delegation in Minsk and all the subgroups, not only humanitarian but also security, economic and political ones. But there will be no direct negotiations on the legitimization of bandits, no matter what dirty scenarios the Kremlin would come up with in this hybrid war against Ukraine," Herashchenko wrote.
