 Poroshenko at Munich Security Conference: easing pressure on Russia to encourage further aggression

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes lifting of diplomatic pressure on Russia or easing of sanctions until it withdraws troops from the Donbas and returns annexed Crimea will encourage further aggression.

As reported by Censor.NET referring to Ukrainski Novyny, he said delivering speech during a Panel Discussion at the Munich Security Conference in Germany.

"Lifting diplomatic pressure on Russia or easing of sanctions before Russia leaves the Donbas and Crimea - all of this would encourage further aggression," the president said.

He also added that mitigation of sanctions would be a sign of weakness.
