As reported by Censor.NET quoting one of the blockade leaders, Colonel Anatolii Vinohrodskyi, the blockade headquarters is preparing to shut down highways to impede the flow of goods into occupied territory.
"We have set up an observation post on the Bakhmutska highway. We are going to arrange Internet access and put up a webcam so as to keep track of what is happening there and not let anyone say that we take money for a passage. We are going to stop all vehicles, excluding passenger cars. We said it from the start we would be blocking all [routes]," Vinohrodskyi said.
According to Vinohrodskyi, the blockade has already begun.
"Trucks no longer go there, they already know about the blockade," he said.
Vinohrodskyi confirmed information about the arrival of police. According to him, some 20 law enforcers came and left after a brief conversation. When asked about the matter of their talk, Vinohrodskyi said: "We talked about life."
