"Such gross violations of the Minsk agreements eloquently demonstrate frank unwillingness of illegal armed groups to adhere to their commitments under the Trilateral Contact Group.

"Meanwhile, "DPR/LPR's" media continue to manipulate information, trying to package their own attacks on our cities as alleged "friendly" fire by Ukrainian artillery.

"In this regard, the ATO Staff press center once again emphasizes that such information is untrue. Please, beware this kind of reports - a vivid example of hybrid war against Ukraine," the message says.
