Two clashes reported in the Mariupol sector of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone.

On Jan. 13, at 9 p.m., the militants fired at the Ukrainian positions from large-caliber machine guns and a grenade launchers in the vicinity of Trudivske village. Eight explosions were recorded, Censor.NET reports citing ATO Staff.

A sabotage unit of seven militants moved towards Ukrainian soldiers but was forced to retreat. Another militants' sabotage unit was spotted in a few minutes. Ukrainian commandment decided to block militants' forces with the help of the reserve Ukrainian soldiers who which have joined the battle.

One of the militants was eliminated. Other terrorists fled in an unknown direction. Ukrainian military evacuated the militant's body. His documents confirmed his involvement in illegal armed groups.

At 9 p.m., a sabotage unit of five militants showed up near the village of Petrivske. The militants attacked Ukrainian positions. The Ukrainian military fired back from small arms. The militants suffered losses and retreated towards Petrivske.

No losses among Ukrainian forces reported.
